- search for something
- delete then a located file
-> search dialog still displays the deleted file, therefore file cannot be viewed, etc.
(well, I hope you don't call this trivial...)

I think it's not a bug at all. You've searched and got list, why it should be updated. It's not a panel, just search results.
while your objection seems valid at first sight you may also consider:
1. most FM work like this e.g. XY, or FC just to mention some.
2. the question is whether you consider/define the search result window as static or as dynamic.
from my point of view in any case where file operations are allowed, this is typically the case for instance in any open/save file dialog window,
the implication of such operation should immediately be visible.
ATM any file operation applied in JM search window leads to an obsolete/incorrect search result.
BTW I found another bug: neither the "Rename" entry in RMB context nor "F2" is working:

OK, let's imagine situation: search result 12000 files in different folder each. To track these elements changes JM should install 12000 system folder watchers in threads. Serious situation.

I think that list should be static.

Contextual menu support can be removed from search dialog.

Search has been made, so list shouldn't be changed until new search.

Yes, it's because contextual menu caller designed for file panels and items like "rename", "find" are handled by JM.
