internal file op: create new file/folder even if exits already as shel

internal copy & paste of an existing file does not behave as shell where an new file is created and "- Copy" added:

Never mind in case you know already .

Option for rewriting/creating "-copy" will be introduced during file operations refactoring.

Auto-rename option in overwrite confirmation dialog implemented in 0.1 Alpha 43.
