New version Just Manager 0.1 Alpha 31 released.

Release notes:
1. Filter on network paths crashes application - fixed.
2. Renaming doesn't distinguish between upper and lower case - fixed.
3. F2 shortcut added for renaming.
4. Bug in name on folder creation - fixed.
5. Phantom items on samba shares problem fixed.
6. Korean localization added.
