Backward/Forward not working on locked tabs (navigation allowed)

I have a few locked tabs (navigation allowed).
It seems that the backward and forward buttons don't work on these tabs.
The buttons work OK on not locked tabs.

Is this intended?
I can understand this limitation on fully locked tabs.
But on locked tabs (navigation allowed) this feature could be usefull.

Fixed in 0.1 Alpha 29.
