How create panels?

Maybe this is a Problem with me, and not with Just Manager, but I cannot figure out how to create a panel.
I see two panels.  I want more.

Where in Help is the topic on creating panels?

Configuration -> Settings -> View -> Panels layout: Columns count & Rows count.

Your reply pointed me to "View Settings Page" in the Help search results for "panel".

Aside: I think supporting more than two panels is important.  It might be a good idea to bring forward a mechanism to change the number of panels, perhaps with a right-click popup menu.
