Default Viewer/Editor

I have changed Configuration/Settings/View/Edit to Program Files/Notepad++. Therefore when I press F3/F4 Notepad++ is activated instead of Windows Notepad.
However when I double click on any text file to open and View/Edit, the windows Notepad is activated. I want this also to change to Notepad++.
Please help.
