Attribute/Timestamp tool not localizeable

I recognized that the phrases in the Attribue/timestamp tool not in the (german) langfiles and therefore i'm unable to translate them

As I can see all words are translated in "Change attributes/timestamp" dialog.

My mistake, i had some problems with my installation and/or lang file
After reinstallation of Just Manager everthing works fine...
