Force close on right-click

Hi,
I've downloaded the 64-bit version of JustManager Alpha 23, and whenever I right-click on either of the 2 columns in the program, it just force closes.

Re: Force close on right-click

Hello,

Do you mean right-click on any file/folder in the panel?
Can you send Log.txt after crash on support_justmanager@hotmail.com ?

Re: Force close on right-click

Now this is weird. I cannot reproduce the problem now (restarted my laptop). I only did one thing: uninstalled TrustPort Internet Security 2013.

Re: Force close on right-click

I checked TrustPort Internet Security 2013 and JM works correctly when security installed.

Re: Force close on right-click

Well, I didn't do anything else, but I'll keep you updated, if it happens again.

UPDATE: It happened again. After I uninstalled TrustPort Internet Security 2013, I restarted my laptop, installed TrustPort Internet Security 2013 again, BUT didn't restart my laptop this time, and JustManager force closes, but there is no Log.txt in JustManager's installation directory.

Re: Force close on right-click

If you used Normal installation type, Log.txt should be in: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\JustManager (Win 7,Vista)

Re: Force close on right-click

OK, checked using your case. Yes, Just Manager crashes inside call to shell function that populates context menu. It happens because TrustPort Internet Security setup incorrectly installs context menu extension.
Cannot fix it. Just restart your PC. Already wrote to TrustPort.
