Just Manager 0.1 Alpha 46

New version Just Manager 0.1 Alpha 46 released.

Release notes:
1. Implemented drag-and-drop to system folders.
2. Cut to clipboard items now displayed with greyed icons.
3. Multiplying code pages in FTP connection settings dialog - fixed.
4. Unnecessary FTP reconnection removed.
5. FTP path doesn't include starting / - fixed.
6. Incorrect resource selection on resources toolbar - fixed.
7. Crash when adding new tab with FTP tab selected - fixed.
8. Ignore list implemented.
9. Date format combobox auto-scroll added.
10. "Startup folders" option added.
