You need permision to perform this action

I cannot longer delete an executable file. file is not read-only, and I have admin privileges. deletion works in win explorer.

I changed my settings like shown here:

now when pressing the delete button I get a different message box comparing when pressing DEL where in the latter case
I get a "this function is not supported" message. BTW I deleted settings.xml to avoid error caused by "corrupt" settings file.

Suppose this exe file used by any other application/system component.
I can delete exe files without any errors.

that's not the case. though this seems to be in deed an issue with my computer, as I receive error messages outside JM:
