incorrect JM message box when deleting a file stored on a network loca

"by default" when deleting a file/folder stored on a network location or mapped network drive the file/folder is permanently deleted.

therefore the message box is incorrect. "Delete to Recycle Bin" check box should be rather unchecked and greyed out

WinExplorer shows the correct message:
