Delete to Recycle Bin incorrect shortcut setting

"Delete to Recycle" shows two different shortcuts. to repro, use german OS and set JM to English, then select "Delete to Recycle".

Del and Num Del keys use one virtual code (46) that's why Num Del can be displayed.

yes, you are right, now I see both are correct, might be confusing though.

Fixed in 1.0.0-alpha.1: hotkeys order is now constant.
