Just Manager 0.1 Alpha 42

New version Just Manager 0.1 Alpha 42 released.

Release notes:
1. Incorrect selection in panel view menu - fixed.
2. ".." item can be selected for file operations - fixed.
3. Read-only file can't be deleted from disk - fixed.
4. Double-click in Main toolbar customization now opens edit dialog.
5. Folder favorites customization dialog now displays icons.
6. %ALL% option doesn't work - fixed.
7. "Check all paths on startup" option added.
8. Additional folder update monitor added.
9. FTP log implemented.
10. Now Space key performs Go To command in file search dialog.
