New version Just Manager 0.1 Alpha 23 released.

Release notes:
1. Internal file copy/move functionality improved.
2. Drag&drop functionality implemented for main toolbar buttons.
3. Crash when accessing audio CD - fixed.
4. Non-32bit icons display problem fixed.
5. Context menu for main toolbar buttons added.
