Just Manager 0.1 Alpha 47

New version Just Manager 0.1 Alpha 47 released.

Release notes:
1. Some symbolic links are resolved incorrectly - fixed.
2. USB drive can't be safely removed - fixed.
3. Files with non-English letters in name can't be copied from/to FTP - fixed.
4. FTP file operations progress implemented.
5. Browse buttons added to Startup folders page.
6. Ignore list support added to folder update engine.
7. Ignore list settings page redesigned.
8. Context menu command added.
9. Rename item in context menu doesn't work when menu called from the keyboard - fixed.
10. NC style selection: context menu now opens for focused item when no items selected.
11. NC style selection: context menu now opens with delayed right mouse button.
12. FTP connections export/import added.
13. Relative paths now supported in Copy/Move confirmation dialog.
14. System folders list now can be customized.
15. Now file renaming not using shell when "Use shell" checkbox unchecked.
