How can I upload a Theme?

I did not see in the Theme's area where I can upload a file.
Will someone tell me where to do this in that discussion area?

Also, I just joined the group to this *GREAT* program.
I "FORCE" everyone I know to put it on their PC and
support this program.

You can upload theme file on any free upload servers (like sendspace.com) and post link to it in Themes forum.
Then I will add it to themes folder.
