Cannot drag file to Just manager when the window is fully displayed

1.Using just manager dual panel on left and right side (two windows, file display in details mode), when the window underneath does not have space (i.e. files are fully displayed on window panel), it does not accept to drag file on to the window.

2. Same as the above item 1, when we want to drag file from other program (like window explorer) to the fully displayed window. It also does not accept it.

Please fix it on next version.
