Works correctly. In reality Windows doesn't change JM position.
=> ok, now I finally got to understand how this is meant to work. it's a temporary alignment, WinExp does not safe it either, problem hence solved.
ok, this also applies then to the search dialog I assume, where "go to" should select the file/folder.
This type of selection unsupported
=> in other FM it's possible to jump directly to the file from the search dialog, maybe this is a useful feature for JM as well?

I am connected to a server via Windows Remote Desktop Connection.
RMB copy and paste a file works fine in Windows Explorer but there is no paste entry in JM RMB context menu.
to reproduce connect to another computer via Windows Remote Desktop Connection, there RMB copy, then paste in WinExpl/JM.

works in Win Explorer, ATM this leads to an error in JM: cannot find specified file

Yes, should select, but not implemented.

JM is much more user friendly, specific, down to earth, easy to work, better appearance, simpler customization options, much faster response, wonderful support, extremely lightweight and easier update options, compared to all above...
Sir, you explained only on comparative size due to some missing features, which I think are not used by 95% of their users.
I've tried many if not most windows FM, some I've used on a daily basis for years and JM is not just another FM.
After using it two for days only, I'm impressed by its speed and user friendly interface.
I agree, other FM became pretty bloated by implementing half-baken, sluggish BS features which most users don't need.

1. when creating a new folder via RMB it should be selected (focus on new folder)
2. search dialog, dos box icon should be greyed out

I guess I found a minor bug when deleting a folder via del button.
deletion via RMB is correct, only one message box pops up
